Sale at net price to traders within the EU:

• Telephone and fax numbers
• Your phone number (mobile)
• Your email address
• Proof of your sales tax identification number
• Your entry in the commercial register or your business registration
• The identity card of the manager / owner

Every private customer is entitled to a guarantee by law.

This warranty (liability for material defects) is only subject to defects that existed at the time of delivery and which have not been excluded from liability. Our vehicles are generally in a good state of maintenance and care. Every car is technically checked before delivery and, if requested, TÜV-assessed. Nevertheless, something can break down in any car at some point. You can protect yourself against such inconveniences with the useful used vehicle guarantee. The subject of guarantee / warranty is an extensive topic. Our employees are very well informed about this.
